Returns/Refund Policy

Any returns must be within 30 days of original purchase from EjuiceFL. Items that are unopened and/or defective (from the manufacturer) can be exchanged or refunded. IF the order error is a result of a fault made on our end, you will be credited for the products and we will reship it at our expense.

For the sake of safety and sanitation, if in event a non-defective item is opened and/or used, we will NOT issue a refund or accept the item under any circumstances.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the ‘My Account’ menu and click the ‘Return Item(s)’ button. If your return/exchange is approved, you will be notified via e-mail of your refund and/or replacement once we have received and processed the item.

Incompatibility 

EjuiceFL does not guarantee compatibility between our products, or customer owned products. Please research the product you are ordering or contact us before placing your order. We will NOT accept returns due to incompatibility between products.
